I'm Jeff, the owner at Foundation IT. I'm based in Monroeville, NJ and I've spent years doing network installation and IT work across South Jersey. After years of subcontracting for other companies, I decided to build something of my own - a business that puts the client first and delivers real results, not just a closed ticket.

I started Foundation IT because I kept seeing the same problem: small businesses getting overcharged, ignored, or handed off to someone who didn't understand their needs. You deserve better than that. When you call Foundation IT, you get me - someone who shows up, explains things plainly, and actually cares whether your technology is working for you.

The name is intentional. A foundation is what everything else is built on. I build solid technology foundations so your business can grow without worrying about what's underneath.

Yes. While we're based in South Jersey and know this area well, we actively serve clients across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Remote support has no borders, and we travel for larger onsite projects.
What's the difference between a free consultation and an AI audit?
A free consultation is a conversation - we talk about your business, your challenges, and whether we're a good fit. An AI audit is a paid service where we do a deep analysis of your workflows and deliver a written report with specific recommendations. If you move forward with the work, the audit fee applies toward the project cost.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. One-time projects are billed as completed. Monthly retainer plans are month-to-month - no annual commitment required. We earn your continued business by doing good work, not by locking you in.
How quickly can you respond when something breaks?
Remote support is typically within 2 hours. Onsite visits are usually within 24 hours. Emergency support is available 24/7 for critical situations. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling ahead of new requests.
Do you work with home users, or only businesses?
Both. We offer residential IT services for home offices, home networks, smart home setup, and security cameras. If your tech is giving you trouble, we can help regardless of whether it's at home or at work.

Absolutely. We assess what you have, keep what's working, and improve or replace what isn't. We're not here to sell you a full replacement if you don't need one - just honest recommendations based on your actual situation.
